Tickets to the UMMC Military Museum and the UMMC Auto Museum can be purchased and parking can be paid:

- veterans of all categories established by article 1 of the Federal Law from January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ “On Veterans” (upon presentation of identification documents of a standard form): veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of military operations in the USSR, in the Russian Federation and in other states;
- people with disabilities of groups I and II (upon presentation of identification documents of a standard form), (the right to a free entrance also extends to one accompanying person);
- children under 7 years old;
- children with disabilities (the right to a free entrance also extends to one accompanying person);
- children from orphanages and boarding schools, children left without parental care (the right to a free entrance also extends to one accompanying person);
- museum workers (upon presentation of identification documents);
- one accompanying person for a group of up to 20 children from general educational, secondary special, higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation.
- In special circumstances in agreement with museum's management, museum can be visited and tour services can be provided outside the established hours of operation with a double coefficient applied to the cost of services;
- When acquiring tour services, visitors with right to free admission to the museum are served at a discounted rate;
- People accompanying visitors with right to free admission to the museum, as listed above, have a right to free guided tours;
- The representative of the travel agency or other organisation accompanying the tour group is responsible for his or her group and has to purchase an entrance ticket to the museums;
- If the tour group is late for more than 20 minutes, the tour can be shortened or canceled;
- If the visitor acts in the way that interferes with the tour, the tour guide can stop the tour, while the money for the tour would not be refunded;
- Only employees of the Museum complex can conduct a tour in the museums;
- Conducting tours by third parties and individuals is prohibited. In special circumstances, third parties and individuals can conduct a tour in agreement with Museum complex's management (double coefficient to the cost of services could be applied).
The last Thursday of each month is a day of free admission to the Museum complex for:
seniors;
families with three and more children;
military personnel of the Russian Federation performing military service;
students of the Nakhimovsky and Suvorov military schools, as well as state, presidential, departmental cadet schools.
